I studied Translation at Adelphi University. I am also a trained medical interpreter. I speak English, Spanish, and Haitian Creole fluently and can interpret in all three. I also speak conversational level Brazilian Portuguese. I have a love for languages and plan on being a lifetime learner. I have many hobbies, for example, I enjoy reading and organic gardening. My life feels incomplete if I don't have something to plant and watch grow. Logically I also enjoy eating my harvest. To me, food and drink are some of life's greatest pleasures. Outdoor activities such as surfing are also very special to me. I am a certified TEFL and TEYL teacher. Altogether I have been teaching English for over 3 years. I enjoy helping others reach their goals.
