My name is Lerato, a dedicated ESL online teacher armed with a 120-hour TEFL certificate and a background in Information Communications Technology. For me, teaching transcends a mere profession; it's a profound passion that has fueled my journey over the years, both in online and in-person settings, enabling connections with students from diverse backgrounds. At the core of my teaching philosophy is the creation of a supportive and engaging learning environment. I firmly believe in tailoring lessons to cater to individual needs and learning styles, fostering active participation and open communication, and instilling confidence in my students. Beyond the classroom, my interests encompass baking, crafting melt-and-pour soap, and indulging in animated movies.
